How to conduct the exams with the Schoolzpro app?

The Schoolzpro app’s interface is very easy to use. There are certain steps that are to be followed to conduct the exams.
  • The first step is profiling creation. Students have to signup in the app and the teacher has to approve all student signups.
  • Once signups are approved, the students can log in within the app with the registered email and password.
  • When the teacher wants to conduct an exam, he/she will generate a PIN from the app which he/she will share with the students.
  • The students enter the PIN within the ‘shoutout’ screen and get a confirmation of joining. 
  • Once all the students have joined, the teacher can start the exam.
  • The question paper with a timer will appear on the student’s screen.
  • If the exam is subjective, the student has to write down the answers on a sheet of paper and then upload them within the app.
  • Once received, the teacher can check the sheets in real-time and share his feedback with the student.

    


These steps also contain words like PIN, real-time paper checking, which are some other features of the Schoolzpro app. The PIN feature is created to make sure only the desired students take the exam. And the real-time paper checking feature allows students to check the answer sheet as soon as a student submits it, without having to wait for the whole class to complete the exam.
